El momentum, \u00edmpetus por la democracia en este continente Americano ha comenzado en Venezuela bajo el control, administraci\u00f3n y coraje del presidente de Estados Unidos Donald John Trump.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Con este fin esta Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Derechos Humanos de la Corte AICACHR en Washington DC, secundada por la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional para Abogados Extranjeros- NAFA LAW, y por la Universidad de Homologaci\u00f3n UNPAM-\u00a0lanza un llamado continental a todas las agencias ONG enfocadas en derechos humanos para presionar a nivel de ORGANIZACION DE NACIONES UNIDAS presentando una querella bajo el cap\u00edtulo 22 y el Art\u00edculo 51 de la Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de los Derechos Humanos.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Este Articulo 22 establece que toda persona, como miembro de la sociedad, tiene derecho a la seguridad social y a obtener, mediante el esfuerzo nacional y la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, la satisfacci\u00f3n de los derechos econ\u00f3micos, sociales y culturales indispensables para su dignidad y el libre desarrollo de su personalidad Infoleg.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

El Art\u00edculo 51 de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas reconoce el derecho inmanente de leg\u00edtima defensa, individual o colectiva, en caso de ataque armado contra un miembro de la ONU, hasta que el Consejo de Seguridad tome medidas para mantener la paz. Las medidas tomadas deben comunicarse inmediatamente al Consejo de Seguridad.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

La creaci\u00f3n esta alianza entre instituciones de derechos humanos ser\u00e1 fundamental para potenciar el impacto, optimizar recursos y abordar de manera integral los desaf\u00edos sociales ahora bajo el nuevo orden y espacio abierto desde el d\u00eda 3 de enero 2026 bajo las nuevas pol\u00edticas de Estados Unidos para el continente Americano.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Estas colaboraciones, que incluyen a ONGs, organismos estatutarios y sociedad civil, permitir\u00e1n fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n, agilizar la atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas y promover la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, creando redes de defensa s\u00f3lidas y sostenibles.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Esta Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de DD. HH., de la corte AICACHR de Washington DC, tal como se muestra en estas p\u00e1ginas, desde los a\u00f1os 2000s ha radicado presentando denuncias por cr\u00edmenes de derechos humanos ante la jurisdicci\u00f3n en Suiza; cr\u00edmenes cometidos en Cuba- Venezuela y Nicaragua, ya que Suiza es el pa\u00eds principal instrumento internacional de derechos humanos y su Constituci\u00f3n protege los derechos fundamentales.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

AICACHR somos una voz jur\u00eddica de las v\u00edctimas quienes pueden denunciar delitos violentos, racismo, cr\u00edmenes y violaciones a trav\u00e9s de la polic\u00eda local como se evidencia por medio de servicios de asistencia a las v\u00edctimas en Venezuela, Cuba y Nicaragua.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Los Beneficios Claves de\u00a0 esta Alianza con el apoyo de la Corte AICACHR son lograr\u00a0Mayor Impacto y Cobertura, la uni\u00f3n de esfuerzos maximizando el alcance de las acciones de derechos humanos, llegando a comunidades m\u00e1s vulnerables a nivel internacional.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Para esto se requiere una Acci\u00f3n Coordinada para permite una respuesta conjunta y estrat\u00e9gica ante crisis y violaciones de derechos humanos, fortaleciendo el estado de derecho.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Igualmente el intercambio de conocimientos facilitar\u00e1 la coproducci\u00f3n de conocimientos, el intercambio de mejores pr\u00e1cticas y la adopci\u00f3n de procedimientos adaptativos.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\nSostenibilidad y Recursos ayudando a optimizar recursos financieros y humanos limitados, aumentando la capacidad de operaci\u00f3n de las instituciones.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nuestra Alianza es\u00a0 crucial para salvar la brecha de protecci\u00f3n entre las responsabilidades de los Estado y los derechos de las personas creando esta alianza entre instituciones para la defensa de los derechos humanos es hoy fundamental porque permitir\u00e1 maximizar el impacto y la capacidad de respuesta ante violaciones que un organismo solo no podr\u00eda enfrentar con la misma eficacia.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Esta uni\u00f3n funcionar\u00e1 como una red de seguridad que fortalecer\u00e1 el Estado de Derecho y la democracia.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Abordaje de desaf\u00edos globales con la cooperaci\u00f3n multilateral es esencial para enfrentar problemas transnacionales como el cambio clim\u00e1tico, la migraci\u00f3n o las crisis de salud, que impactan directamente los derechos fundamentales.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Adem\u00e1s, igualmente en Agosto, 2018 esta Comision para los Derechos Humanos de la Corte AICAC-HR, present\u00f3 otra denuncia adicional en contra del presidente de Venezuela Nicolas Maduro, y de Nicaragua Daniel Ortega, igualmente contra Ra\u00fal Castro de Cuba por crimenes y violaciones de todos los Derechos Humanos cometidas contra el pueblo y sus ciudadanos.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

El Comisionado General, Humphrey Humberto Pachecker tom\u00f3 la iniciativa y realizando un estudio del problema el cual demuestra que desde que el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro asumi\u00f3 el cargo, se han producido cientos de asesinatos relacionados con la oposici\u00f3n y las protestas, y la polic\u00eda con sus paramilitares y los llamados \u201ccolectivos\u2019 han asesinado directamente a cientos de civiles presuntos terroristas seg\u00fan el gobierno de Maduro por delitos relacionados con las protestas.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

La investigaci\u00f3n de Amnist\u00eda documenta decenas de casos de asesinatos de personas inocentes. Los investigadores entrevistaron a personas que detallan ejecuciones extrajudiciales en varias ciudades de todo el pa\u00eds. La organizaci\u00f3n (\u201cIHRCJPI\u201d) tambi\u00e9n examin\u00f3 los informes policiales. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Inclusive, auque el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro invoque como acto de guerra esta ejecuci\u00f3n del polic\u00eda Oscar P\u00e9rez, con sus compa\u00f1eros y otros civiles en una flagrante violaci\u00f3n del La Convenci\u00f3n de Ginebra (1929) se firm\u00f3 en Ginebra el 27 de julio de 1929.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Su nombre oficial es la Convenci\u00f3n relativa al trato de prisioneros de guerra, Ginebra, 27 de julio de 1929. Entr\u00f3 en vigor el 19 de junio de 1931. Es esta versi\u00f3n de los Convenios de Ginebra la que cubr\u00eda el tratamiento de los prisioneros de guerra durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Es el predecesor de la Tercera Convenci\u00f3n de Ginebra firmada en 1949.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Un estado soberano puede rendirse despu\u00e9s de la derrota en una guerra, generalmente mediante la firma de un tratado de paz o un acuerdo de capitulaci\u00f3n. Una rendici\u00f3n en el campo de batalla, YA SEA POR INDIVIDOUS o cuando los ordenan los oficiales, normalmente hace que los que se rinden se conviertan en prisioneros de guerra.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

El presidente y ahora Dictador Criminal Maduro logr\u00f3 imponer la Constituyente por medio del fraude y el terror en medio de violentas protestas (FOTO:EFE)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

La infame Asamblea Nacional Constituyente fraudulentamente se eligi\u00f3 en Venezuela con el \u00fanico apoyo del sector del Chavismo Castrista que anunci\u00f3 su falsa historieta de haber logrado ocho millones de votantes o un 41,53 % del censo electoral, un resultado que fue celebrado por el Gobierno del dictador y duramente cuestionado con total claridad de fraude con la denuncia de la oposici\u00f3n, y de la comunidad internacional, que pone en duda la cifra anunciada por el CNE, el \u00f3rgano electoral totalmente desprestigiado y de cero credibilidad.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Ya NO queda duda que el Dictador Maduro ha seguido al pie de la letra la doctrina y pol\u00edtica de Fidel Castro y Ra\u00fal Castro con sus secuaces criminales como fue el Che Guevara y ahora con algunos pupilos en las Am\u00e9ricas.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nosotros tenemos que continuar presionando y denunciando ante las Naciones Unidas como lo hemos hecho desde el a\u00f1o 2014- DE NO LOGRARLO AHORA- VENEZUELA SE CONVIERTE EN OTRA CUBA DE CASTROS YA CON 58 A\u00d1OS DE DICTADURA CRIMINAL.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Enero, 2018. Las fuerzas policiales y militares del gobierno castro comunista del dictador Nicol\u00e1s Maduro de Venezuela, han cometido una vez m\u00e1s cr\u00edmenes de ejecuciones extrajudiciales, ahora asesinando a un grupo de militantes de oposici\u00f3n al gobierno de Maduro al no respetarles la vida a pesar de sus declaraciones de rendimiento y entrega a las autoridades policiales y militares del gobierno. http:\/\/nafalaw.com\/blog\/?p=822<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n

President Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela imprisons and kills innocent Venezuelans. In addition, the Venezuelan people have suffered enough violations of human and political rights, as they continue taking to the streets in peaceful protest, suffering the brutal and lethal tactics by the Venezuelan government of Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Petitioners include the family members, him and as personal representative of the one individual\u2019s estate all subjected\u00a0 to torture in Communist Cuba , in labor camps and other facilities, supervised by the Defendants under the Defendants control, who were tortured as a result of the violations more detailed described below.<\/h4>\n

Kindly note that the Committee against Torture cannot examine individual communications alleging violations of the Convention against Torture unless the State is also a party to the Optional Protocol to the Convention. Cuba is not a State party to the Optional Protocol, which means that individuals may not bring complaints under the Convention against Torture against Cuba at this time. \u00a0As to your complaint against Venezuela, kindly note that the Committee against Torture may not examine individual communications unless all available and effective domestic remedies have been exhausted first. <\/strong><\/h4>\n
